Yes, we ship everywhere! We process and ship items (in the order that they are received) between 8 am-5 pm CST Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-3 days for the processing of orders to be completed. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are processed the following Monday or business day. The transit estimate listed at checkout refers to the time after the order has been processed. Orders placed separately cannot be combined at a later date for lesser shipping.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review your order and selections carefully before placing your order. We will gladly offer an exchange for clothing within 14 days of purchase, provided replacement items are in stock. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original garment tags still attached. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when making an exchange, and shipping and handling fees of the original purchase aren't eligible for refunds.
How to Exchange Clothing Items:
  • Send an email customer service at with your full name, order number, the merchandise you wish to exchange, and the reason for your exchange. We'll respond with detailed instructions about your return.
  • Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.
  • Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process the exchange.
  • Exchanges are mailed out free of charge to the customer.
  • Non-clothing items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes but is not limited to: toys, accessories, home goods, and gift cards.
  • Sale items are not eligible for store credit.  
  • We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for returned orders that are lost or damaged, this is the sole responsibility of the sender.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in the following situations:

  • The product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded)
  • Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable.
  • Your order is flagged by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud.
  • We could not deliver to the address provided by you.

We may ask for proof of identification or proof of billing address due to security reasons in our measure to prevent fraudulent orders from being processed. Please check your inbox and spam inbox after placing your order to see if your order requires verification.
